Sandpoint Direct Primary Care has established a straight-forward, tiered payment solution for our patients to receive high-quality healthcare at affordable prices. A detailed list of membership fees and services are included HERE.

SINGLE MEMBERSHIPS

$30/month* Children (age 0-17)

$75/month Age 18-45

$85/month Age 46-64

$100/month Age 65+

*wHEN child is ENROLLED WITH AN ADULT, $60/mo when enrolled without an adult

 

Included Member Services:

  • Acute and non-acute office visits

  • Routine physicals (Sports, Driving, School, Wellness Exam)

  • Well child care

  • Well woman Care / Pap smear exam*

  • Blood pressure monitoring

  • Electrocardiogram (EKG)

  • Diabetic monitoring

  • Peak flow testing

  • Breathing treatments (nebulizer or inhaler with spacer)

  • IUD removal

  • Urinalysis

  • Removal of benign skin lesions/lipoma/warts*

  • Simple aspiration/injection of joint*

  • Cryotherapy

  • Removal of cerumen (ear wax)

  • Toenail removal

  • Skin biopsy*

  • Laceration repair (sutures) and wound care

  • Abscess I&D

  • Basic vision screens

  • Venipuncture (blood draw)*

    *patient is responsible for all fees associated with laboratory testing/specimen analysis/pathology
